It is the other way round. Harappa was in Bharat, not in Persia. Persians borrowed ideas from Vedas in their Zend Avesta. Economically Bharat had greater productivity than Persia. Hence all these point to reverse colonization. After Islamic Colonization of Bharat, since Persian culture was more similar to Bharat and people could easily learn it, Mughals introduced Persian in Courts.
