  • In this short video I talked to a group of university students on the importance of value-based customer segmentation. Value based customer segmentation is the foundation of creating profitable products and services - and then being able to price them optimally. I discussed an example where a national brand had misaligned segmentation, which contributed to suboptimal performance.
