One thing I notice is that ZUN might just have gone a bit overboard when he designed the AI for this game, sure is a starch contrast to the fighting games.
+WishMakers As far as I'm concerned though, AI in Bullet Hell was a novelty at the time PoDD was released (and probably still is!), so ZUN is technically a pioneer of it. I think the bad AI in PoDD and PoFV is justified by this fact.

This is a PC 98 Touhou game (as in really old, canon questionable touhou game). You only need to beat the computer once, the rest were... continues. I'd recommend playing the very first game, Highly Responsive to Prayers.

The point of this game is basically like a survival where the last one standing is the winner. Some additional info will be given if you have some questions
