I love that you put in Mysteries and thrillers in this video. I've been waiting. But I also enjoyed many other of your recommendations like bittersweet. I read a similar book and should review it on my channel with bitter sweet. I wish I could remember the name. I enjoyed your video. PS I don't think you should read one by one. Many booktubers say it's a dud. Aloha

Do I have a med school entrance in a week? Yes. Am I going to drop everything for Noelle’s new upload? Yes. Am I going to treat this day like a national holiday? Yes. Am I going to regret it? Most probably.
I recommend YOU read Rebecca because it is a perfect Gothic horror/thriller and it's also a classic! There's also a Netflix adaptation coming out in October!
noelle you should consider using the "chapters" feature to embed time stamps in the progress bar!! just to have it easier for us to skip to a particular part in the vid we wanted to watch. just a thought
A note on Frankenstein, I found that I had to skip the letters at the beginning because they were so boring. I ended up reading them at the end and absolutely loved it. I agree 100% that its an awesome book
i would love if you did the book vs movie for “I’m thinking of ending things”, i personally LOVED the book but absolutely hated the last quarter of the movie and it just completely lost me BUT I’d wanna see how you feel about Kaufman’s take on the story
My reading tastes don’t closely match yours, which is perfectly okayyyy because I’m here every video regardless just to enjoy your presence❤️ you are a vibe that I live for Frankenstein is also one of of my most favorite novels of all time. Need to reread in the next month. Couldn’t agree more with you recommending that as a starting point for classics. Brilliant. Incredible. Amazing. Thank you
Almost done with Jane Eyre again 💕 so happy to see it mentioned! I read it in high school and fell so in love with the story. Picking it up a decade later with being more mature and going through life a little more.... brings so many more feels ✨
Pretty girls is incredible but also soooooooo messed up. Highly experimented thriller reader here, I've read my fair share of gore, but ohhhhhh my oh my Pretty Girls is one nightmarish story that still gives me goosebumps when I think about it
My friend gave me The Nightingale to read last year and I didn't know what to expect and all I have to say is I cried in the car at the end even though my father was right next to me and he just patted my shoulder. AMAZING
Thank you thank you thank you for recommending mysteries/thrillers the way you do. You're the only booktuber I trust not to spoil anything when you talk about them and I really super appreciate it.
I was the one who asked the break up question and memoirs is an amazing choice. Thank you so much Noel, I will start reading your recommendations very soon and thanks for your kind words 🧡
Since you loved The Nightingale so much, I would love to hear your thoughts on The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah. 1970s Alaskan frontier homesteaders babyyyy! I loved it.

I was *so* disappointed with the 'I'm thinking of ending things' adaptation... The ending of the book is brutal because of what it's talking about, and Kaufman transformed it into... You better watch it because otherwise you wouldn't believe it 😒 Also: thanks for recommending 'Circe'. I feel like not many people liked it and I love that witch! Also-also: 'The Martian' ❤️ I read it when it came out and I still think it was the best time I had reading a book. So so entertaining!
I read the book and I loved it. I was actually looking forward to seeing the movie - how they would portray the ending, how they would thread in the little nuggets of random conversations and transfer the overall creepiness of the book onto the screen. But then I saw the trailer, the weird dancing in the hallway, that dog that won't stop shaking and I preferred the movie I conjured in my mind, thank you.
I just read Frankenstein for the first time and oh my gosh I had no idea it was going to be the way that it was. I absolutely loved it and I think it revived the love I have for classic novels. I think Jane Eyre will be my next read. Thank you so much for your recs and opinions on books! It's really awesome and helpful. You the best!

It can be a bit dry sometimes but it ended up being one of my favorite books of all time.

Trying to read more mystery so i am really thankful for this video. Also, i just got a job at a bookstore so excited to spend my day with books. Lol reading Jane Eyre right now for the second time
for a historical novel with a little bit of romance, i so so so recommend “the things we cannot say” by kelly rimmer!! such a good read, it was unpredictable (for me), romantic, and devastating. i think it would be worth a read :)
If you liked The Snowman, I'd definitely recommend the sequel (though they can be read as stand-alones). I think the English title is The Leopard. I can also recommend The Headhunters by Nesbø

If you've read Jane Eyre you need to read Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys!! It covers Bertha's story (the woman locked up in the attic) love these recommendations by the way.
it's a popsicle joke world and we're just living in it.
my fave comment 😂
ngl ive been living for the popsicle jokes. i find them absolutely hilarious, my bf finds my reaction to the popsicle joke more entertaining...

There. Was.never.so.relatable. I have this with a lot of videos but especially those of noelle!
is this a personal attack
May I suggest making a video where it’s just Parker trying on Halloween costumes. That would be iconic🙈💕
There’s a video of just that from a few years ago!! 🎃💞
That would be adorable
Noelle: *uploads a 30 minute video

Yes!!! My favourite book :'D
"I'm Not Thinking of ending Things" is not for everyone BUT MAN IT WAS FOR ME. Soo goood.
I felt the same way!!!
My sister read it and she says it's really good.
i read it and understood... nothing lmao
@@irisastrom lol after reading the physical book, i was midf*cked and immediately got the audiobook and reread it.

Does anyone else get overexcited when they see Noelle praise a book that you managed to read?
I would love if these recommendation videos became a regular thing, I learned about so many new books because of you
