Due to request, I transcribed sheet music for this song. This was my first attempt at transcribing and by no means is the music perfect, but it is close.
Both downloads are the same exact piano part. (Same notes, dynamics, chords etc.) One version simply shows the lyrics and the chords, where the other does not.

Hey Everyone! Unbelievable. I just searched for simply "Tenth Avenue North piano" today on UA-cam to find that this is the most watched piano cover/tutorial for Tenth Avenue North and was just shocked. I wanted to apologize to everyone looking for the sheet music for the song. It's been completely lost sadly and haven't found a way to retrieve it. I plan to remake the sheet music, although it may take me a couple weeks or so depending on how efficient I get at using the program. Also, on a larger note, I'm blown away at how many people have watched my couple videos over the years. It's made me really want to continue making content like this. It's been over 5 years since this was posted and I hope I've gotten a bit more skilled at piano :). HELP ME OUT! Please comment some covers/tutorials you'd like me to do and I'll start working on them! Thanks everyone for watching and commenting, and I hope to have something posted VERY SOON! See you then!

Its been many years since I last played piano, so when I choose this song to learn for his mother, your tutorial really helped me out. She loved this rendition and the practice was very therapeutic for me. Thank you for making it simple yet beautiful.

You did a great job with the intro. I'm a self taught piano student and I got it right away. But after the intro I got lost. I know you said that the melody would take forever but can you make a separate video of just the melody for beginners like me?
Yes, a Sharp is a half step higher than a note, and a flat is a half step lower. The reason the E# is E# as opposed to F is because of the key the song is in. Its technically in they key of F Sharp Major, and in the key E is always sharped. Therefore its called an E# but is exactly the same note as an F. Hope that makes a little sense to you :)
Also, I've been playing piano close to 10 years now and I did learn Worn by ear.
Hey bro, awesome tutorial! Thank you for sharing. One thing you could do differently, and it really is a matter of taste, is perhaps you could start with the end in mind. Here is what I mean: you could start by maybe showing us what we'll be able to do at the end of the video. Maybe play part of the song (not necessarily all of it), and get us stoked about it!! This does a couple of things, it gives beginners an objective to work on, and it gives more advanced players like me a chance to learn the song by just watching you play it once. I really don't wanna sound like I'm boasting; all I am saying is that because I have been playing the piano for years, I can learn the song very quickly! All I wanted to see are the chord progressions cuz I'm too lazy to figure them out myself LoL. I let you do da work bro! ANYWAY, begin with the end in mind by showing us a quick sample of what we'll learn. This will broaden your audience by giving beginners goals and helping advanced players get what they are looking for quicker (without having to watch the 18-minute video). Thanks again for your video dude. You are AMAZING!!!

I appreciate your tutorial. I wish I had a good enough ear to pull all the chords out of music; there are a lot of songs I'd like to play that have no sheet music. I was unable to download your sheet music though. Is there a different way to get it?
This was really helpful!! :) When I saw all the sharps (I hope I used appropriate word in English for #, lol) :D, I've almost given up, but it's not that difficult as it seems... I tried to play it some time ago and it sounded totally terrible and I was sure that I didn't hit right notes. :D For example, instead of #E, I hit E flat and instead of #A I hit A flat... :D so sharps make notes higher and flats lower, am I right? And is the #B the same thing as common C? I don't have a teacher
