Love the exhaust the only thing I would change would be an electric open/ close valve so to keep the sound police happy on the way home late at night

Another badass video! I like the look of the exhaust routing but would have love to see you wrap it up under the transmission. I'm building inspiration for my RS...just need to find a builder like you in the states.
Love the underseat pipes, to the point of preferring the older DaytonA 675s over the later models, but on a Thruxton RS … totally awesome! May be cool to see what this does on track? Keep it going gents.

The guys at Raceworks in perth 3D printed parts that attach together in order to be able to work out the design of their exhausts, might be worth looking at instead of trying to eyeball it.

Bit late to the show great build of the exhaust. Is there a reason you don’t use argon through the exhaust when welding?
Loving the work on the instrument cluster. Any thought to moving off the stock instruments to something a bit smaller? Regardless, pulling them in closer to the bars is a great idea!

Beaıtifully done👍 Dont you loose back pressure with straight through pipes?
Are the fins on the tray just going to be extra surface area through which heat from the exhausts can be absorbed? I know that's the way my camping pots and pans work to make them heat up quicker. Wouldn't it be a better idea to have an insulation barrier to prevent that heat being transmitted through the box to the electronics?
