Renegade that you faced at 26:30 is playing a Sera Splat deck. It's Sera-Onslaught + six 3-cost cards on final turn. The entire deck is just Blink/Sera/Onslaught and the remaining 9 are 3-cost cards, usually consisting of Wave/Hit Monkey/Sage/Strong-guy. The remaining 3-cost can be random. Edit: The Gladiator they played on T4 is to be Blinked for Sera or Onslaught in case they haven't drew them. They could win if they managed to Rogue your Tribunal. it's 50/50 chance for them.
I dont think you should always play negative even if you can ramp him. If you have drawn iron man, mystique, and even sera - there is 0 reason to negative
If you still want to ramp out negative you could try Zabu. He obviously isn't as good because he only helps with that and doesn't discount your other cards but you could try it. Otherwise, I would say Iron Lad is good in Tribunal :)
I have everyone BUT Ravonna Renslayer from this build. Are there any decent substitutes until I obtain her? Just got Living Tribunal with credits as I like the idea of the card, but haven't put together a winning deck yet.
You could swap in Zabu if you still want to ramp out negative, though Zabu is a lot worse than Ravonna in this deck. Otherwise I would say Iron Lad is pretty good in Tribunal decks :)

Some versions don't run Rogue but TLSG added it to his deck for the mirror.

My Temporary fill in is Martyr since he's a 1 cost 5 power and his downside is negated with Tribunal. But I'm open to other alternatives.
