Dr. Tara literally saved me during the pandemic shutdown and getting insurance to start again. I now have my PT and the whole clinic following her♥️♥️♥️ I owe a debt to Dr. Tara that I can never repay
Outstanding Service to you helping others and training and teaching others for overall health and mobility in their life.... Salute You Ms. Tara Have a wonderful day 🎉
Thank you so much for sharing, Ms. Tobias! This sounds very interesting and looks absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to get started on this set! I hope you have a wonderful week and had a great Easter weekend! I do wonder, though, if your synergy pattern from your upper extremity can affect your lower extremity with task training and if you should try to inhibit one while working on the other. Thank you so much for all that you do!
Great exercises! They seemed easy to do. They just seemed. Very clear explanations. It helps me a lot. It's a professional defect: I'm a doctor and I always have to find out why. I need things to be very clear for me, to know what I'm looking for in order to be consistent in practicing them. I really liked the comparison with the orchestra and the child who sings loudly by himself. Thank you so much!
i thought since i do seated marches no problem, that the first excersize was going to be simple a warm up for me. Boy was i wrong! lying down revealed my weakness and what i need to do to regain balance. thank you
THANK YOU for the long intro explanation!! I am one who needs the why in order to understand the importance to my movement and then to mentally wrap my head and actions to the how. Call it brain and concentration training!♥️🎉 On my handouts I print the timestamp of when the exercises actually start should I need to refer back to the video. I was going to suggest to see if you could figure out how to put a linked timestamp at the beginning of the exercises, but then I thought that the “extra exercise” of using our brains to finding the timestamp on our own and writing it down for ourselves is value added brain and occupational therapy!😂 Win Win, 🙌

I have to stand and put weight on the right foot to have proper weight split evenly and feel contact the whole foot to the ground. Is there any exercise. Or anyAFO or wedge for this kind of problem. Hi Kathryn! I am so glad you found this one helpful! And yes, if you can find a way to inhibit the arm, that would be best :)

Where do I order the strap shown in this video? Great job, keep it up.
I think lesser explanation will be good.. i think we all wish to see more exercises to be seen in the videos.
