- As with everyone in recent time, we find ourselves at working from home. Some have explored up skilling themselves with certifications. If you are looking to try for a VMware vSAN Specialist Badge or the VMware HCI Master Specialist Badge, I have a couple of tips for you!

That's a pass! even if I'm experienced with vSAN and vSphere that was an interesting learning.
I passed the vSAN Specialist AND the VCP 7 DCV in the last two weeks (thank's lock down xD ).
I'm now on the road to VCP CMA.

Hi. I have question. Is it mandatory to take an vsan training to take vsan hci masters specialist exam. Currently I am holding valid vcp dcv 2020 and vsan specialist 2021 badge.
Nope it is not
Any idea about the next release of vSphere 7.0 Foundations exam?

What is the use of these badges?
These badges are equivalent to the VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certifications, but solution specific. Consider it a certification for solution competency.
Are vSAN 2019 and 2020 the same exam? They share the same code 5V0-21.19. Great video btw.
Similar but not the same. Its got some updated questions but I believe the pool if largely the same. Its supercedes the previous, hence thats probably the reason its the same exam code.
