I know I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, unreal that you all are still growing. Love the greenhouse setup. Carrots looked great.

We normally don’t like kale much either but last year I grew it for the first time and we enjoyed it in smoothies and juices. I dehydrated a bunch of it and sprinkle it into any dish I can (similar to how you’ve been using the carrot tops).

@@mattsara2802 what are some of the additions to it will you be doing to make it warmer next year..... I've decided I'm going to try the earth battery? Design... Bunch of tubes really deep forced air

Yes that’s awesome. If lumber prices go down I would like to do in ground like a wallapinie or in ground battery like you are doing. If lumber doesn’t go down then heat tape in both beds cheep to use for what we can grow.

Good morning Matt and Sara ☀️. I personally do not like kale...and of course it grew like a weed...and it finally died in February the past year. I couldn't believe it was doing great even in the snow. Sweet potato...some people just don't like the taste. I grew that because it very good to give it to the dogs cooked. So, if it doesn't get eaten...cook it up and give small portions to your two furkids. Have a wonderful Monday 👍

I prefer kale over spinach, but I'm probably in the low percentage of those people! Ha, ha! I also like sweet potatoes: cooked like baked potatoes or like french fries. Good luck!

I tell you what, pretty impressive carrots for being grown inside, well done. Them atomic red are pretty good eating also. I'm with Matt on sweet potatoes and not a fan of Kale.

Not a fan of kale, but drying it sounds like a viable option.
Sweet potatoes are not really edible unless fried. Mashed and mushy with marshmallow goo 🤮
I guess I'm spoiled when it comes to food. There are so many delicious things to nosh, I see no reason to waste calories eating yuck.

@@mattsara2802 well, when you try, sprinkle slices or chunks generously with onion, garlic, and smoked salt. Then fry til crispy. Good luck. 🤞
