I have done lots of research on these saws these things to look for are top blade covers auto oil compartment 20 volt battery light weight. Safety trigger These saws are under 100 dollars if you want the best saws your looking at dewat , stihl, ryobi brushes, Milwaukee m12 , makita but expect to pay 300 plus but the quality is much better. Either way they are all good it just a matter of how much you will use it and what your cutting. But at the end it’s made for pruning
@@rball690 I'm leaning heavily towards the Milwaukee, too. Wish Makita made one in that size (I think they did some time ago, but discontinued it) as I have a lot of 18V Makita stuff but alas they do not that I can find, so I think I'll be going red on this one. Damned battery platforms!!!

I just bought a Milwaukee M12 Hatchet. Notice how the Stihl, Milwaukee or Dewalt are not mentioned. Only Amazon Asian products. Yeah the best my arse.
