In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, meet Deputy Luz Blanco. She serves as our Hispanic community liaison and Unidos coordinator, a new program to assist Spanish-speaking residents. Unidos adds to our existing outreach efforts to the Spanish-speaking community.
