BJJ: Technical Mount Escape / Reversal

Xtreme Couture Coach Robert Follis shows a reversal from the bottom of technical mount. This technique involves a "side to side" shrimping motion that is sometimes overlooked. Mastering this movement leads to sweeps and reversals from many different grappling positions; not only the mount.

Before today I only knew about top-arm-through-top-leg and top-leg-through-top-leg modified mount escapes. This variation is awesome.

the only problem i see with a higher belt is him standing on his right leg as soon as he feels off balance.
