How to factory reset?

Hi @RajMuthu-oh8cu. You have two options:
(OPTION 1): To restore the factory values, switch off the device and wait until the display has turned off completely.
Press and hold down simultaneously the two keys “SET1” and “SET4” and turn on the power; release the keys only when the messages appear on the display.
This restores to the factory settings.
(OPTION 2): From the main screen, enter in the SETTINGS menu (GEAR WHEEL ICON) >
Scroll down the MENU until you find SYSTEM > press YES to enter the SYSTEM MENU
Select FACTORY SETTINGS, press YES > RESET FACTORY SETTINGS, press YES
