what is the lowest setting for the flow(m3/hour) you can set on the eSWIM 300? What is the average power usage (watt) in that setting?
When using ESWIM300 in flow control mode, the minimum flow you can set is 13 m3/h. The power consumption depends on the specific characteristic of the system where the pump is installed. A rough estimation of the power usage at 13 m3/h flow is about 75 Watt Thanks
Well Mateo from Dab Pumps! Can you explain how we’re being quoted £1000 to REPLACE a pump that’s only been installed for 4 years and 4 months? A short circuit fault is displayed on the screen and we’re being told by Filpumps in Scotland that the only option is a new circuit board for £600 + call out and labour which only has a 3 month warranty or a £850 + call out and labour brand new pump which comes with a 2 year warranty. Neither option is great and I feel if your company is supplying pumps with a 4 year operational life span, then they are nothing but scammers! That pump should last 10 years as a minimum, certainly not 4!!

How to factory reset?
Hi @RajMuthu-oh8cu. You have two options: (OPTION 1): To restore the factory values, switch off the device and wait until the display has turned off completely. Press and hold down simultaneously the two keys “SET1” and “SET4” and turn on the power; release the keys only when the messages appear on the display. This restores to the factory settings. (OPTION 2): From the main screen, enter in the SETTINGS menu (GEAR WHEEL ICON) > Scroll down the MENU until you find SYSTEM > press YES to enter the SYSTEM MENU Select FACTORY SETTINGS, press YES > RESET FACTORY SETTINGS, press YES I hope this helps!

Timing and scheduling can be set directly on the pump easily via the user interface, without the need for an external timer. If you need to connect the ESWIM to a an external system you can use the ESWIM communication cable, that allows multiple options for control via an external device.

Fortunately, the ESWIM does not need either of these things because the advanced internal electronic board is able to start and control the motor and provide protection.
