- Welcome to the channel and thanks so much for being here! In my first vlog I had a bit of a day and bring you along on a quick tour of my local beach in Sydney, Australia, into a Seabin meeting, on an emergency mission to save the sinking Seabin boat before ending a bit of a manic day with a beautiful sunset run and coaching my RunLab runners taking on a 100km race on the weekend. A big but FUN day!
