The system sounds great however we can only use one mic at a time. They both turn on however only one will send sound to the system at a time. Is there a way to make both work simultaneously?
I just got mine today, and so far I've learned a lot. It's a wonderful machine, but I do have a question. After finding a radio station that I like, can I use the numbers to preset a station like on a car radio?

I got one for my wife and I did plug in the c type cord to a few different chargers and even tried different cords and outlets, I don't see a red light come one that shows it's being charged. I'm wonder if we got a defective one.

It will only record from the Mic... A pity it will not record the music and the Mic When you are doing your karaoke thing.. Instructions are really bad Doesn't even tell you how to charge it. It appears to be of good quality
i got one of these, this isn't the old style karaoke machine with mic and sound coming out of the system, you actually need a sound system + this karaoke machine to get this working, example you hook your laptop to a sound system and play youtube... that will come out of your sound system, and the karaoke machine is connected to the mic so only the mic sound will come out of the karaoke system

hi there, I am just trying to set up mine now. The mic turns on, but just for a second, then it gets disconnected right away. it never stay connected.

We have run into the same issue. Background audio (song) plays very low and volume control only supports audio volume change for microphones. 😿

Hi mine is not charging i left it on a charger overnight and it still wont come on ir even change color to green (on the charging end).

Yes. I just let mine charge overnight and it was green in the morning.
Charge about 4 hours and the light would changed after fully charged.

Hi, the microphones come with the karaoke machine are already connected to the speaker. Also there are two mics ports for you to add more microphones.
