    I had to remove garlic and onions because I saw the impact it had on my ability to think and process while studying. Eating them disconnect the communication between hemispheres. When I eat them and try to study it’s challenging and I do not perform well.

      It's wild how our bodies respond to various types of food, that's why it's crucial to listen in to what our body's tell us!
