No words to describe the beauty in his voice, and the power in the harmonies, I get chills every time! What an amazing way to thank all of our heroes :)

Amazing. The boy's wonderful voice fits so well with the tenors. Anyone know who the young man is and if he is still singing. Thanks for the beauty you have brought to me.
Incredible voices but the boys was amazing, I wonder if his voice carried through to adulthood, in any range his control would be something to hear. It was and I'm copying here " like a mgic flute." Fantastic.
@ciarlienchi They were called the Castrati and they were among the greatist singers of the 1700's It was wade illeagal in the late 1800's though. They were they most saught after singers. They had the power of a male tenor with the range of a hight soprano
@MrChrispie89 Hi, his name is Marc de Noinville, he was 14 then in 2006. I like very much "Les petits chanteurs à la croix de bois"! Best greetings from France!
Wow! I hope that young man will go far in a singing career. Sometimes when the voice deepens, boys lose their ability to sing that well. Does anyone know what has become of him?
On règle la force de chacun des micros individuellement, donc, son micro est réglé pour que sa voix domine celle des autres. Le volume est simplement augmenté. Il chante sans forcer.
@WWERocks74 Hi, It's Marc de Noinville, he was 14 at the time of this record in 2006, you can write to him on Facebook... Best greetings from Strasburg, France!

This Song should be used every year and dedicated to all who have perished in conflicts around the world, may they rest in peace.
Amazing. Marc the soloist is incredible. I saw the Ten Tenors live and I had goosebumps when they sang this song.
Brilliant juxtaposition of the young man's voice to the ten tenors...what a delight...that must be his mother looking on proudly in the audience.
From what I've found out from others, that's actually his vocal teacher
R.I.P., John Barry. Thank you for bringing this beautiful music to our ears.
Beautiful, I just loved the way the children in the audience were spellbound

@CptShelby Yes, Written by John Barry who passed away in January.
From 2006, the same group from "Here's to the Heroes" tour. I think their best time. (without Jonathan tho').

@DeathtoallTrolls So you quoted line from a member of Easy Company, 506 PIR? How fitting
Wasn't this song used in Dances With Wolves?
I thought it was an original song there, but that was without lyrics.

@sonjaya37 14-- Marc de Noinville
@hamiltonpwn he is a child. how does that mean he is gay?
C'était mieux avant !
i dont think there should be a soprano in the midst of a bunch of tenors
Great performance! but terrible diction!
a typical church voice ....
What's the boys name?
Marc
