I am a volunteer at the museum and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Ron and the grandkids. They are just as humble and kind as their Mother was. They are an amazing family. Ron and Diane did a phenomenal job raising some stellar kids who have become advocates for their grandfather and their late Mother.

Still love his classic Disney movies and I am still a regular Disneyland visitor from Canada. Hoping to take my fiancee to 1 of the Disney Parks in the next couple of years. A great man. I go to Disney property In Florida to work as a contractor at times and throughout "backstage" as it's known are small plaques hanging around with Walt's favorite sayings, each one different but each one unmistakably Walt Disney. Very touching to stop and read and ponder on. What a vision this man had. A true American treasure....Remember, It all started with a mouse..

If everybody was in the same mind frame as Walt, then the world would be a better place and the only problems we would have in life is what exciting thing we would do on the day we woke up. I'm not a believer in the after life, but if there is something out there, then I hope he is at the top. Respect for the man.

I miss the golden age of Disney, and mourn the fact that I wasn't alive to experience it. The songs in the films were magical and beautiful, and even now make me feel fuzzy and warm inside. Everything about Disney just seemed so magical. The movies made by Disney today feel repetitive and plastic. I don't get that same fuzzy feeling when watching them. I hope that maybe, even just for one more movie, Disney would go back to their beautiful and inspiring 2D animation style. :)

My mom always told us kids about the time Mr Disney came to her house as a child, my grandfather worked on the movie Snow White. He brought the 7 dwarfs dolls for the kids and visited with them because her baby brother had died.Anyway they ended up playing funeral with those dolls in backyard as they were very young late 1930s and buried their dolls. Mom said always she wished she could go back to house and dig them up. Somewhere in los Angeles. She said Mr Disney was very good to them, I think originally they had 13 kids. Big FAMILY.

I sure wished I did. I’ve been a Disney nut for 50 years. I have friends that would call from Sacramento CA. at the last minute and say let’s go to Disneyland tonight. So, we would go and go on every ride in the park. We would go to Disneyland at least 9 times every year and Disney World at least twice. At one time I had a nice vintage Disney collection. Sold Items that Dave Smith told me never to sell. Great video, Thanks
