One of the more disturbing and unsettling lucid dreams involved me following someone through a crowded shopping mall. Upon realizing lucidity, I exclaimed that it was all a dream and the man I was following as well as everyone in the shopping mall turned around to stare at me. It was such an alien experience even though (in retrospect) I was essentially staring at myself realizing that it was dreaming.
Another great video! I like how you weave Astral Projection into the melting of mental boundaries, brought on by the awakening process. This elevates Astral Projection from a cunning man's parlor trick, to a rehearsal for de-reification which ultimately aids in the recognition of true or primordial nature. Seems to have a similar goal to the Tibetan dream yoga practices which aim to have you die consciously awake. A good friend of mine Ryan Burton teaches an Astral Projection class online that shows you how to contact the higher self in that state. He's been having some very good success with his students. He also has non-dual realization and pointed me out to awake awareness. I had been actively engaged in spiritual studies and practices for over 20 years and was basically stuck in the sphere of sensation, thinking that some kind of peak, trippy, mystical experience needed to happen in order to help me awaken. Then this one guy comes along and shows me where awareness is (which is not in a location) and when I observed it, I saw that it was awake. And it was then that I realized that experiences don't cause you to become awakened, experiences come out of that awakened state. My thoughts, emotions, and sensations are coming out of that awake. And trying to use those to lead to awakening is actually moving in the opposite direction. It's almost like a joke that for so long I could miss the very essence of what I am staring me right in thre face.
Holy shit. Probably the best video I've seen in a while. This is some really good gnosis man, thank you. I have recently began doing a shit ton of rituals, and this explained and put a lot for me. Keep up the awesome work!
This has been the primary focus of my 'practice' lately. My reality has become so comically negative that it exposes its own illusory nature by the lengths it goes to to try to evoke an emotional reaction out of me. Watching this video just reminded me of an evocation I did that i forgot about that is now manifesting all around me. Call on the demon of narcissism, don't be surprised when you are suddenly surrounded by assholes 🤣 edit : actually I'm a little shocked at how powerful evocation can be. I was looking at it all wrong. Something about this video really connected some dots for me
@@lyamchristopher2393 Yes, but in many cases it has to manifest around me for a while before i fully understand and can make peace with it. Sometimes it has to get pretty bad until I learn to stop reacting to it.
I was at the park today, and I was standing in front of the lake. I gazed across at the trees as the wind blew. Everything seemed so still in that moment. So still that it didn't seem there was any distance between me and the beautiful trees. No separation. I must have been dreaming.
Your description of invocation reminded me of: "PEACHES Soft and hollow, how thou dost overcome the hard and full! It dies, it gives itself; to Thee is the fruit! Be thou the Bride; thou shalt be the Mother here- after. To all impressions thus. Let them not overcome thee; yet let them breed within thee. The least of the impressions, come to its perfection, is Pan. Receive a thousand lovers; thou shalt bear but One Child. This child shall be the heir of Fate the Father." - The Book of Lies
I know this a bit random, but I believe I went through somewhat of a de-reificatiom process while watching this video and came to the epiphany that I can de-reify my senses. For instance, a deaf person can see what a person says via sign language, a blind person can hear what a person says via auditory speech and a blind & deaf person can feel what a person says via braille. Therefore what’s to stop one from using all of their faculties to understand what a person is saying such as taste and smell? Thus we can superimpose the five senses to create a more detailed profile on anything we experience such as relationships, vacations, parties, etc. because we assign them more attributes. My mind was blown from here, thank you again for making these concepts so clear!
One of my favourite things in these videos is how you keep fighting and torturing the English language to try to convey these concepts. It's so fascinating
For anyone wondering, the song is “Ohio” by Patty Griffin and Robert Plant. It captures the experience of this coveted state of consciousness perfectly and beautifully. ❤ “Meet me in the evening, where the river is low Meet me on the waters of the Ohio No lines, no lines, the river is a river, not a line My blood is the water and it's darker and deeper than time If the hounds are howling, then you cannot hide My friend, I will meet you on the other side No lines, no lines, the river is a river, not a line My love is the water and it's stronger and deeper than time Meet me 'neath the moon, under the singing tree If you are the first, stay there and wait for me If no one comes by morning and the sun is a-rising red If no one comes by morning, please forgive me, my friend For I am dead”
Sometimes I feel like I’m “working” in my dream life. My dreams are often very detailed, especially if I wake up at 3am and go back to sleep. But I’m not able to become lucid and hold it. When I do become lucid I get excited about the fact and wake up from the dream. 😂😐 How do you stop yourself from getting excited about it? lol Anyway, I had an interesting dream in August. If anyone cares to read it, it was a “working” dream. Working inter-dimensionally at uncovering the truth of reality and freeing trapped souls. August 29, 2024 This morning I had a dream that there was a kind of hand held device that looked like an iPhone and could be programmed to create anything you wanted it to do. It was sort of like a futuristic technological genie in a lamp that could create not only material things, but situations too. There was a catch to it tho. If you created or brought something into being that had a heavy impact or burden that was unnatural to where you were in your life or who you were, it would automatically link itself into an unseen polar opposite realm that had a negative influence and weight of equal value. The more things you desired, the more invisible inter dimensional weight it carried and became entangled with a malignant entity. The more entangled you became the more of a karmic debt you seemed to owe to it and it would entrap you. None of us knew what the device did in the beginning, until we started realizing that something was hunting us every time we used it. Leonardo DiCaprio was also part of the dream because he was apparently the first person to find this device and use it. He discovered the hard way what it did, so he was very much tangled up in its web. There was a part of the dream where I was stuck in an elevator shaft trying to hide and escape from something and I was phasing in and out of different t dimensions sort of. At the end we realized that we needed to stop using the devices and we (I don’t know who I was with) were trying to send this thing back to its world. I was able to distract it somehow and fly off the roof of the building and escape from it. I remember flying in the night sky of Brasilia, gliding through the air while navigating with my mind and body. Flying sort of felt like floating and it took a lot of effort to stay up in the sky.
To stay lucid, reinforce the subject/object relationship by studying the surfaces all around you, exploring them, crawling up the sides of buildings to find nooks and crannies, etc.
a schizophrenic person was talking about his perception of reality, saying it's as if he's walking on clouds without any footing and nothing has a definite meaning and so it'd seem that the voices on radio or words on news paper are talking to him. it's so similar to the "De-Reification" you're talking about. I don't know to be afraid of these practices as it might cause schizophrenia in me or to accept the "insanity" as the normal state of this reality 🤣, because it seems a schizophrenic is more "awake" than a normal person, why do we lock them up ??
Notice how the schizophrenic might fall into the trap of reifying the unreality of physicality. Transcending the “physical” world does not mean that everything becomes dematerialized. Don’t take transcendence literally. That being said, yes, invocation and evocation are a form of self-induced schizophrenia. 😬
@@lyamchristopher2393that’s only part of the reality. There are real and conscious astral beings and dead souls on the astral plane , we become astral beings after our demise. Demons and Angels are real and potentially dangerous beings
@@lyamchristopher2393 so does that mean such sayings as "Brahman is the only real thing" , or "all is mind, the universe is mental" not completely true? does physical world have an independent existence ? aside from mental?
@@satoshisaito842 "All is mind" is a useful statement. But only up to a point. And it depends what you mean by "mind." Language itself contains subjects and objects (or subjects and predicate adjectives). So any statement we make is automatically inaccurate.

I have a question related to the explanation of LBRP both in this video and the video dedicated to it. You said that usually things would get worse after starting and then you gave the example of someone putting a negative box on other people. Do the negative effects of LBRP only run in individual thoughts/your mind and perceptions of happenings in your life, or do they literally create new situations and influence other people out of your control? Like for example getting hit by a car randomly because of LBRP. Obviously that's a very absurd example but it's a good "objective" example for this situation. Is that possible? Or are the negative effects only in your mind and thoughts
Look closely for the line of division between your mind "in here" and the world "out there." Journal about it. Perhaps there is some kind of "boundary," but is it really a boundary?
is there a greater banishing ritual? and a greater invoking ritual? and in my understanding if the LBRP represents Personal Banishing of your local area, would a Greater Banishing ritual be something that would Banish on a Large scale?
The Supreme Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram appears in the Kabbalah Magic book. It might be best to refer to the supreme form as having a more specific function. Students learn how it works automatically by going through the outer order gradework.
Do you use standard golden dawn banishing and invoking? I notice other versions out there which seem to make even more logical sense. Does it really matter which one you use or does it only matter what you think you are doing.
Note the tendency of people who look at magic from the outside of it. Insisting that it make sense before they embark upon it. When you start a course of magic, it is best to assume that you don't really know what is logical yet.
