Marine Surprises Daughter After 7-Month Deployment

Oh no, I’m crying. I never had a father to hug, he was murdered at the age of 23 years old my mother was pregnant with me, 72 years ago and I’m still touched when I see stuff like this😢

As a man who spent far too much time fighting wars while my kids were so young, this always brings a tear. There is nothing like these days. I wish I could thank him for his sacrifice.

The Mascot reminds me of my elementary one! I thought my Mascot was cool. One time my dad was deployed in Afghanistan, I used to always watch the clock as if he would come back the first day. We had a graduation and at the end we had to get our certificates. After I shook the assistant principal's hand, all of the sudden I turned around and saw my dad! I ran to him and hugged him so hard. To this day I will always remember that moment of him coming back
