If a difficult paper batch student is placed at same rank as a student from easier batch, then it is obvious that the easier batch candidates would have more correct, tie breaker criteria are not justifiable as they prefer people with easier paper Students are not even angry now, they are just disappointed by the nbe😔
While normalisation would affect rank by a few places, but no one is talking about reserved quota seats. Open cat candidate gets a seat lets say at rank 5000, while quota guy can get a same course at 25000. Is it fair?
Normalisation can be improved by various statistical tools e.g. have 10 common questions in both the shifts and see how a candidate has performed in those 10 questions. His/her score in those 10 ques can be used to rate the candidate and allot tie breaker rank
Since afternoon shift is tougher than shift 1, person who gave afternoon shift will have less no of corrects. So they are at disadvantage wrt tie breaking. So can we conclude now itself that AIR 1 will definitely from morning shift not from afternoon?
Tie breaker criteria were given from older format. If the number of correct responses is the criteria then difficulty level ll play a role. How they change the tie breaker criteria

I'm curious..all these people on every platform claiming to have scored 550+ or more in 2nd shift..are they for real? Ya bs fek rhe h aur result aane ke baad aukat pta chal jayega? Because if they are all right it seems to me that almost everyone who attempted the paper should score above 500..
hehe. we have become like this right :P our patience has gone to nothing.. i watched in 1.5 and have to redo some points in 1x. and spent more time on the video than its time. god bless us !!
So Sir, isn't it best that we (1) get an equal number of candidates in each shift (2) Those who are absent should be given a zero, and percentile fluctuations are minimised
Respected sir, Does the Normalisation marks will be released by NBE in NEET-PG 2024 Scorecard? (Or) The Actual Orginal marks scored by the individual??
1 lakh in each shift is huge data base and lots of statistics involved. Standard mean & mean with raw Score calculation for normalisation should be there as per biostatistics. Just on basis of percentile making normalisation wont making senses at all.
Exactly..there is another video of normalisation by Dr Rishabh Jain where he is explaining normalisation method used by ssc which takes in account the difficulty of the paper. As we had different levels of difficulties , the ssc method would have been a more appropriate method
@@XpressPinnacle sir so much of confusion and quarells regarding this normalization and stuffs.. Honestly telling I gave 2 nd shift literally not able to come from that for past 3 days. It is not understand if in both shits if no of candidates ateended exam means no of candidates are reduced than total no of candidates allowed for exam but most of were absent then is it percentile decided on no of candidates attended on each shifts, please confirm

Very bad to this year neet pg stundents. Irreversible dammage to good students

Yes second shift are the unluckiest ones

Tie breaker is between same shift people not inter shift
@@harshchauhan2536 what of intershift then ! If they have same percentile
What if there is one weirdly talented guy who did better in afternoon too
Worst exam in my life and worst in normalisation process calculation

There many students do score 550 plus in marrow GTs which are tougher that even 2nd shift paper.
This two shifts method is wrong because talent level tobe judge on equal question paper on equal opportunities

if one candidate of shift 2nd gets more number from shift 1topper and that after gets lower tab to normilazation ulta ho jayega

So this will benifit the tougher papet candidates exponentially?
It wont help.. The toughness of the paper will reduce the marks accordingly. So it will be "NORMALISED"

When do we get pwmed 2.0 notes hardcopy
Anyway all depends on marks obtained waste of time in calculating
Shipt 2 is very very toughest
It has become like a football game where the game is decided on penalties ..if still it's a draw they toss a coin...😂
Great explanation
so raw marks wont get changed ah sir, if ranking based on percentile for all India counseling, how it is going to be in state counseling
540 marks expected rank

Result kab aaraha hai??
Matlab total marks ta koi importance nehi hain ??

Great explanation sir also I feel it’s unfair.
