- Hello everyone! Again thank you for your patience as it has been a few weeks since my last video. I have been recovering from a cardiac ablation for Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome. I am not plant based however my favourite restaurant (the one where we got takeout in this video) is fully plant based and I love all their food! I do enjoy many plant based dishes however I do still eat meat and eggs

@susanfisher773 your completely wrong, fruits are great. Vegetables not so much, tons of defense chemicals. Eat red meat organs, fruit, honey. You'll be much much healthier
