Excellent video, as an ex Fremantle boy who now live in the Europe for the past 31 years this was a trip down memory lane albeit a modern update, thanks for the memories ✌❤
I live in Mindarie and the city Claisebrook Cove or Bayside kitchen are my favourite routes, then back up the coast to take advantage of the SW winds .
Great to see people getting out on the bike and going long. Love Perth's bike lanes. So much better than FNQ. WA has a very active ultra community if you want the opportunity to go longer, heading out into the wheatbelt or go to the ridiculous and try Indipac across to Sydney. 🍕🚴🍍
I do ride out into the wheatbelt. and I have a 400Km wheatbelt ride planned if I can get to it before it gets to hot.. Yes, Perth has some of the best bike infrastructure in the world.. and for newcomers, its flat.. so you can build up your strength, and then head to the hills..
As a person who drives a car as well as rides a bicycle, it urks me when peeps press the crosswalk button and then just ride off before the red light signal to all vehicles.. knowing cars soon after will have to stop for .. whom exactly??
This brings me a lot of memories. I lived for a while in Perth as a student, so riding bike from and to uni was the option, so good times.

Some excellent Perth urban cycling content! Keep up the good work.
You're a beast. Great ride!
GR8 video JJ. Bought back some memories of Fremantle when we toured there in October of last year.
Great vid, looks good on the big screen tv. 👌
“100ks no trouble anymore “ he says while puffing and blowing. 😀😀

Took up cycling a year ago. Ride 40km in Perth regularly now. Got a little too excited when I saw the title of this video lol
