He's been so nice she feels entitled to a house she doesn't own. It's his moms property && she's selling it. Happens all of the time & people just have to move
My parents would never give a gift then take it back or sue any of us about a car accident. Some parents are so harsh in THIER punishments. Because basically that’s what it is.
I mean, if you buy your kid a car, you dont make it a legal issue. if you didn't trust your daughter enough to have a car in her name, you shouldn't have got her a car. or at least helped her get a used car that is only for getting from point a to point b. if you expect your child to pay for the car and to feel responsible for it, dont put it in your name. you wouldn't sue your kid for accidentally flooding the toilet or breaking a vase in the house. if you choose to do something for your child, that's the responsibility that YOU decided to take on. It's the mother's fault for what happened.
The car isn't hers anymore she shouldn't have taken it I don't think it's about the money I think she was trying to teach her some responsibility and that there is consequences for her actions
Ok, but if she KNEW the basement often flooded, why would she continue to put things down there that would be ruined? Yes, that should have been resolved somehow... But until it was, she shouldn't have put anything down there
She the defendant is spoiled that she does not comprehend that mom pays for the car, ca is in mom's name, mom can do what she wants with the car, till daughter decides to pick up the payments and pays off the car, then when the title of the car is in her name, then she can do what she wants. Until then, it is mom's car.
I get sooo tired of I’m a single mom. So what a lot of us were, we worked hard and took care of our kids and drive a car paid bills and insurance without child support 🦾 no rewards,no given food stamps either .
Entitlement and privilege has her mind messed up. She acts like she was doing him a favor by living there when he could've had paying tenants living there. Wow the nerve of some ppl he did you a favor and this is how you treat good ppl helping you. She just messed it up for the next person that might need help. 😒 But privileged ppl in America don't exist. Having a car is a luxury not a necessity for life. If you gotta get to work take the bus, ride a bike, Uber, Lyft something. There are other ways of you wanna make it. SMH how is that his or his mother's problem they're not driving it or in it. 😒🤣🤣 Isn't flooding and fires the reason ppl have renters insurance 😒🤦🏾♀️ she's not very bright and where are the Father's of these kids why aren't they or he helping 😒
Tenant in the last one was a scumbag. People hate landlords and some are bad but look at what small landlords go through. You’ve moved someone in to be nice and she walked all over them and didn’t pay.
I love the moms style👌🏽
Graduation doesn't=responsibility. Second case, court doesn't care about your personal problems.
How you buying a car comes before you paying your rent? 🤔 I swear some of these judgements be pure b.s. she owed for that water bill.

Makes sense to me. Your car, YOUR NAME, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Defendant in the 1st case seems a bit delayed
So does the mom and the judge
@@whylogicalthinking so do you

That’s exactly what I thought.
Well how old do y'all think she is?
Some people have kids really young
God bless my mom soul, but my mom had me when she was 26! And that's still young
