Desi Macaroni pasta Recipes -
Ingredients:
Pani - 4 cup
Macaroni - 1 1/2 Cup
Salt - taste according
Oil - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Matar - 3-4 tbsp
Pyaaz - 1
Gajar - 1
Beans - 4
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli - taste according dal lijiega
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Black Salt - ½ tsp
Amchoor - ½ tsp
Cheeni - ½ tsp

I adopted my mom's method too!!! that not just Sarso I also add Jeera too!!!!! Both makes an awesome taste!!!!your recipes are and oratory skills are really good!!!!! P.S. I also add Mungfali in macaroni as we all Bengalis do to make the taste better! Keep it up!
