20 X 40 House Plan with Car Parking | 800 SQFT House Plan | 20 X 40 Makan ka Naksha

Hey Everyone!
Today I represent you yet another small house plan build in 800 sqft plot size only. This 20 x 40 House plan has been designed with custom walls, indoor garden and different other elements. This 800 sqft house has circular stair, water body both inside and outside, there is garden also in the front with a large space for car parking. The house comes in with 1 bedroom in the ground and one on the first floor. The first floor only has one bedroom and if you want you can add one to the rear side (see the birds eye view to understand better). There is a porch or vernada for guest meeting in the front which then lead to a living area having open kitchen and dining area. This living area also has water body to overlook and bring cool air to the hall in summer from the south west.

Yes, a little twist onto the floor plan. To get extra space. Diagonal are more in length than the sides. 🙌

Area depend karta hai diameter par. Approx 5x5 feet cahiye hoga.
