I’ve always gone to a gym but now thinking of a home gym set up simply so I can pop in and do a quick 20 minutes or half an hour every day rather than going to the gym which including travel time would take 1.5 to 2 hours up. Plus you need nice clothing etc whereas in a home gym you can train in your undies if you like!!
Best thing i ever done got a squat rack they are really cheap and a cheap bench you can find great deals second hand equipment and build your own gym i even got gym flooring for next to nothing on ebay. I have everything now and have broken all my personal bests. Even having no spotter is better than using a machine because you know your limit and don't drop the bar on your chest i can bench 30KG more than i ever could going to gyms for ten years because i can work out when i want and more often.
@@ilyakuryakin4639 Machines take up to much space free weights is the best option with a squat rack and bench you can do all the same exercises that a powertec mutistation has. but you will have better work out with free weights and get better conditioning

I go to a Crunch fitness in Canada and they actually turned off the bottle filler and left us with a primary school water fountain to try and force us to pay extra on our memberships for "Yanga Water." They claim it has B vitamins in it...
Same applies to supplements and everything in life. but one good thing is that it creates jobs, for fitness people, when we buy things we dont actually need. but we buy sodas, go to restaurants, eat food we dont need, or would be better off wiithout. so why not do that with fitness equipment and supplements?

If you can afford it get one of the Powertec multistation machines that Lee mentions here, plus a pair of adjustable dumbbells.
