Excellent video! Thank you so much for the wealth of information! Could you please make a video on special exercises for Greco Roman wrestling, especially how to strengthen your hand fighting. Also do you find cable pulley machines a worthy piece of equipment for a wrestler? Can you mimic alot of positions in wrestling with this?
