Question, I live in Pennsylvania in the US and am working on moving to Ottawa for about 2 years now, and will be moving my business up with me. What are some good resources & websites in Canada for finding industrial commercial sites? Here we mostly use a site called Loopnet, but the listings for there in Ottawa are *very* limited on LN, so my assumption is Canadians use different sources. Any guidance is appreciated!
Hello CF - when you say industrial commercial sites are you referring to leasing/purchasing commercial propertY? In this video we cover the neighbourhood of Kanata Lakes in Kanata. It also covers some stats for a smaller part of Kanata Lakes called Arcadia which is a newer development right beside Tanger Outlet Mall. Great shopping just in time for the holiday season! Enjoy!!
you forgot to mention "Earl of March H.S.". People from China own most houses in this area and the reason is the high school . EOM has the highest ratings of education .

How far is this place from downtown
16 minutes without traffic - with traffic you could be looking 45 minutes -1 hour depending on departure time. You have to gauge rush hour and play it accordingly to your schedule to get ahead of the main part of the rush. Things are obviously a little different during the pandemic with timing as a lot of people are working from home.
35 kms .... but they will tell you 15 mins on highway
How many for a house in kanata 3 rooms age 10,15 years ?
For a 3+ bedroom, detached single 'free-hold' home built after 2000 in Kanata you are looking $721k average list price and $747k average sold price but obviously this is just a snapshot view with a few variables in there. Numbers are approximate and vary.
