Hey guys!
Here's another dance tutorial on how to do the Hype Dance! This dance move is so fun to do that I had to make a tutorial for it! :)
This video is just one of my many dance tutorials to come where I break down the dance moves step by step for you to learn. This is another dance move that you can add to your "dance vocabulary" :) Use it in your freestyle dance, hip hop choreography or however you want :)

It might be because you’re activating certain muscles that you’re not used to using. You just need to take a small break and then go again when you’re ready 😉 Our muscles are really good at getting used to whatever we’re exposing them to 😊
