Your ability to capture a scene is incredible! The attention to the smallest details- from the enshroudment of Frodo and the skeletons in webbing, to the jewelled strings of venom dripping from Shelob's fangs...amazing!🕷😳👍

After watching this I definitely have to rewatch the trilogy again. Shelob was one of the many reasons why I loved The Lord of the Rings collection. So many amazing creatures. From Shelob, Oliphants, Watcher, Fellbeasts and Balrog. So many terrifying creatures. It's hard to choose just one. Lol. Everytime I watch you craft your beautiful sets. I really enjoy watching you sculpt. One of the many reasons why I've been a subscriber for awhile now. So breathtaking, awe-inspiring and absolutely stunning. Keep up the amazing work hun. Watched countless of diorama videos like this and keep on being amazed by every single one of them.
Starts off looking like a giant delicious cheese sculpture. Ends up looking super cool and creepy! Amazingly great work, as always.
She probably printed the spider first, then made a rough estimation of the landscaping while making small adjustments before painting over it.

Genuinely one of the coolest, nicest built, dioramas I've seen! The stone work, the 3d modeling, the painting... those skeletons! Everything about it was masterfully done!
I appreciate so much watching someone make 3D prints from their own sculpts. Adds another level to the piece, it's what I want to do eventually with some of my models, so cool to see!

I remember as a kid, my mom got me LOTR play scenes from the movies. I had the Balrog fight with Gandalf. I also had Shelob's layer, which is being recaptured beautifully here. I always liked that scene from Return of the King, fighting off Shelob in her cave of webs. Nice job!

Must have taken a few weeks, you can kinda tell when her nails change at 13:02 but I could be wrong, she may change them frequently.

Thanks for showing sculpting process on the spider. In the past I've been bummed because the 3d prints just come out of nowhere in the video, it's nice to see you making that too.

Same! I had a dream the other night that a spider the size of a cat ran out from under my bed and kept trying to jump on my arms and face as I tried to slap it away.
i would love it if you would list the materials you use. your projects are amazing
I would say the major ones are : XPS foam, hobby knife, likely a mixture of mod podge + paint (just will harden the final structure of the foam and act like an extra lil bit of glue between cracks), hand held hot wire cutter, hot glue gun, either plaster of paris or joint compound on the ground, real rocks, acrylic paint, resin 3d printer + resin, air brush for painting 3d models, spray adhesive, cotton balls, looks like a fishing line + UV resin for the fangs with a UV light to cure, fur on the spider just looks like it could have come off of any stuffed animal / scrap piece of mater that has hairs like that.
Unless you were looking for specific brands, but honestly specific brands really shouldn’t matter too much if you were looking to try to do something of your own like this.
Also some kind of basic LED light. looked like something off a christmas tree wired to a battery or something lol. if there is something specifically in the video you're confused on i might be able to help

I have so much respect for you being able to even touch the styrofoam😬 would love to try and make things like this but I can’t touch styrofoam at all it’s so icky
I still have trauma from working as a cashier and the styrofoam egg cartons we had would squeak and get stuck on the belt. And the texture was just the worst feeling when you had to pick it up and scan it lol
But aside from that this is so cool!! Like so detailed and incredible I love this so much!💕
I don't know if it would be any different but you might try foam boards made for wall insulation. Different kind of foam and better to work with. Little to no squeaking. I personally hate the sound. Like finger nails on a chalkboard.

What is the solution you use for 3D printed models that takes away the scan lines? Is it a water/acetone solution or is it something else? I would really love to know because I can never seem to make my 3D prints look good; no matter how much I sand them :(
I believe that it comes down to what type of printer she's using.
