I was born in 1998, but I can imagine quite vividly what it was like back in the day. Dads coming home from work mom has dinner almost ready and the dad lights his cigar and this sound is in the background. We need a new generation that’s like the 60s with new musicians like Johnny cash hank Williams jr willie Nelson bob segar etc.

I swear there is nothing is better than the sound of a crackling Vinyl, while a song is being played it adds to the music i feel like i just wish crackles weren’t a bad thing since it’s mainly what captivates me about Vinyl, the most, but of course there not a good thing because it signifies your Vinyl, is damaged or dusty, though i know it may sound strange, but i love a kinda purposely screwed up Record, so it crackles, though i would never scratch my Records, to cause crackles, but they really do make me feel warm, and cozy.

Not all records have that crackling noise. That comes from static that builds up on records over time. I find it amusing how older people will argue that vinyl sounds better, even though it's just the fact that they grew up listening to vinyl, and they've grown used to the ambient noise it makes.
