Thank you for the online shop suggestion. I find the availability of shoes severely lacking in Europe, compared to the US, so I'm thankful for every new shop. In case you are tracking this, you brought a new customer to start fitness, who made a substantial purchase, using your code.
Takumi Sen is a all timer of a shoe. I'm considering it for the marathon even. Whereas Prime X is possibly the most fun you can have in a shoe! Adidas were always cool, but they really have upped their game massively in running.
I grabbed the Pumas for $145 ❤ will be looking at getting the Takumi's next. I'm more of a 5k runner though I've done a 10 mile race (slowly finished 😅).
Interesting that there are carbon shoes for overpronators like myself! I ran Manc in Asics Metaspeed Skys, fast shoe but hard work and not great for a heel-striker either.
Hi Fordy, i have a question for you. I am new to running and started in January. Got quickly addicted and train 5 times a week. Completed a half marathon in just over two hours in April, delighted with my time. I ran it in the Asics Superblast. Im looking for a faster, less bulky shoe. I don't think I'm fast enough yet for a carbon plated shoe. Maybe the saucony endorphin speed 4?? Appreciate all your content 🙏🏻
@@kevinscott4938 I have both and nothing between them really. The TS8 is lighter and slightly less stack so there is a bit of ground feel. The Fast-r weighs more but has slightly more pop and no ground feel. I use the TS if there are tight bends like at parkrun for example as it's so nimble. For road races I may have a slight preference for the Puma, but like I say - nothing in it really.
Takumi sen 8 is less than £80 with the discount on start fitness. Speedy recovery too pal 😀🏃

I bought Puma nitro elite 2 on your recommendation and i use it for training, Marathon and Half Marathons 🏃
I used your coee to buy my first pair of adidas pro 3! My favourite shoe ever! PrimeX strung are also amazing shoes
Managed to get a pair of Saucony pro 4 for £150 last week I think it may have been an error but I’m not complaining
Lucky id bite at that price
You can still get the Sen8 from some places, pretty much the same as the 9 and under 80 (saw it for 65)

I can vouch for the Mizuno. Amazing shoe for half marathon and under!
I pronate, and Prime X v1 is actually amazing! I got 3 pair now, for the future :D
Pronation is natural. It's your bodies built in shock absorbers
Always great content

Got the prime x using your code my man! It's a crazy shoe!
Love the content, carbon plated runners that don't break the Bank What was the code 🎉

Yes, absolutely
Thanks mate
Got my hands on a pair of your favorite shoes, Adidas Adizero Pro 3, for a mere €145 😋
Boom
Which site? Most places don't seem to have stock, in UK 8.5 at least.
@@aliasgharkhoyee9501 All4Running, it's based in the Netherlands, not sure if they ship to UK too
@@aliasgharkhoyee9501 they sell color ways that run low in stock at nice discounts, so you have to get kinda lucky ...
Do they send those from uk or inside Eu? Has to pay customs, so not worthy if they send those from uk 😥
Kinvara pro seems a no brainer for me. Could I use the superblast with a slight overpronation ?
Yes mate they are very wide and stable at the back end.
How does slight overpronation differ from normal pronation?
Fast-r v1 vs velotici elite v1 decisions decision.
Fast-r 👍
@@dpeddler123 or takumi sen 8 🤷♂️

Good morning. Thanks for what you do. Like to Fordy. Have a nice day.
Thanks, you too!
I wear orthotics, anyone any idea of the best racing shoe for myself.
Altra?
Hi. I use pronation insoles in prime x v1. Its absolutely magic!
I think endorphin pro 3 also works great, eaven with no special insoles 👌
@@13lars thank you.
