for the final build, you can make changes and get higher dps rate at any level. here is the full build: Hallow Ringlet, Lord of the Federation, Heroic Spear, Dissident soul, Federation chest, Federation legs, Black Cape, Guardia Shield, and eye of the storm.

Magistrate sword if i remember is from the npc at mirage realm it should have magistrate in its name its along the path asoon as you enter the portal its lvl 20SP and black cape is from the arch duke if i remember you could replace it eith stone regiment which drops from the angel statue
the last build for people to copy: stone reignment,heroic spear,dissident,arcana set,captain hook,lotf,eye of the storm (this is for lazy people that are too lazy to watch the video)
I actually found the best build that one shots the lord of federation. (Also works for every singe boss) All you really need is sword of the wicked and prisoner spear. All you need to do is hit the boss with the r ability then very quickly switch to prisoner spear which will one shot the boss instantly. Its best used when at level 1 so the boss doesn’t notice you immediately after attacking
@ from what I remember you get the spear from the merman when you first enter the dimension, then you get the hat from the abyssmal assassin I think that what he’s called, when your at the gateway of the federation castle
i have a really op build that makes you immortal and can one hit lord of federation at 500dd (btw you can get the drops from him using gilded assasin stone reignment and sword of the wicked) heres the build: federation chest, legs and lord of federation hat, twin drake daggers, aquarion charm and eye of the storm and it actually does alot of dmg to enemies since it lowers the defense of them to 0 ( you can also use stone reignment )
@@superspeedd it is, everwinter blade, triton earrings, darkseed helmet, captains hook, snowman chest, federation or null leggings, diss and white cape. unequip darkseed and everwinter then use hook till 10k attack power. re equip everwinter and darkseed. it isnt dps but im lvl 1tdd and i do 2.5sxd. maybe u can make it better but idk then you can unequip white cape and put black cape or stone reignment. hope this helps ;D edit: it does 7sxd with black cape
