You need to get the blade all the way into the housing, such that you can BARELY see it before yoi staet trying. Your blade is sticking out too far. Loosen the big black housing so that the blade disappears down into it
I upgraded to this from a Silhouette Cameo. I have cut vinyl for almost 10 years. This machine has me exasperated. I have roller marks on my vinyl. I can't seem to fix that. Also, the test cut is perfect, but my designs are cutting weirdly. It looks like it's botched but it isn't. I used the text in the software to test before I cut something bigger and the lines are messed up. What version does this machine cut? SVG, DXF or something else?
Thankyou for showing me the procedure makes me feel better that it is not only me. I’m tired of wasting vinyl.

Sorry that I cannot be helpful. Our machines are almost 10 years old and we are hoping to replace them soon, with a different brand
Hi brother do you know what cut pressure. To cut Oracal 651???
It can vary - kids will often mistakenly change it. Usually around 500 grams will work nicely.
