The 88 Cats drew a tough bracket. Oklahoma, Louisville and a Villanova team that was a terrible matchup for Kentucky. Talented team that could have made the final four in a more favorable bracket

If you were a kid and loved playing basketball in the 80's you'd know that it was common to say player names at given times during the game. Whether it was taking a shot or making a good play, you would name a player. I grew up in Lexington and even lived at the U.K campus during the time this game was played. Every time we'd make a clumsy or bonehead play, we'd say "Rock Lock". I kind of feel bad about it now and realize how mean kids are...
