I was at this game. Great experience. A ton of electricity in the stadium that night. 1). Temporary lights allowing UGA to play its first home game under lights for decades (or ever). Was referred to as The Night Fight. 2). The previous 2 National Champions were going head to head. 3. UGA won the game.
Clemson was banned from live tv I believe because these games were shown on something like a Sunday night at midnight. My dad "set the VCR" to record them every week.
@@tigerray Thanks i didn't know that..I remember listening to this game on the radio"Jim Phillips"..You have the Clemson vs Georgia game where Kevin Butler kicked a record 60 yard field goal at the end of the game to beat Clemson?

How did you get this game?I thought Clemson was banned from playing on tv during this period due to being on probation.
