I never thought to ask this before temple sounds.
How long can I listen to these aduios at a time and how often.? Example: like everyday for an hour ?
I got the label of , Ptsd, I.B.S. , and B.P.D. So I don't know if that means I can do more or less sound baths or not. I appreciate everything you have done for me! If I told you my stories yikes!! Thank you!, I am grateful for any and all healers that can help ease any discomfort emotionally, physically, and mentally. Bless you!

As in..when the session is over..its over..and proceed with your day..
This leaves the decision totally up to you..as daily needs change.
There is no right or wrong here..

Your sound has developed so far past the cd’s currently offered. They are 10+ years in the past. It’s a different mentality and a different offering. What you have on UA-cam is better. However, UA-cam is difficult. Considering another platform? Podcasting?

I rest easier now
The windchime turned to water then to gold again the night took ahold of and I found a poem again. ...I tell you... the vines are green allaround me bigger than my form they twist like I forgot that I was in a lake at night. Nuummite and Appalachia tear crystal took me home to my dark green dragon temple garden.

The dream I saw one more thing. Golden stars moved like a snake through my aura. She took me to a castle in a cave... she let me play music to make a green snake dragon. Her dress turned to water then to gold woven dragon snake skin gold
