I love seeing that even though this video is from years ago... people are still benefiting from it. I love this guys stuff because it's not a bunch of sound effects added. Just raw sound. I can't imagine how much more powerful it would be to be present in the room for the analog waves.

I say a short prayer at the end of these sessions. I don’t belong to any church but i believe in God and to me it’s important to be spiritually curious and active. This definitely makes me feel better.

Hooked this up to my block rocker speaker in the morning while feeding baby. Oh wow! Waaaay better than even the best earphones/headphones. The sound literally vibrates and penetrates through everything (walls, doors, floor, my skin, EVERYTHING) in such a soothing manner. I love how the resonance radiates through out my body, mind and being. Baby is calm and so is the dog. Time suddenly slows down and I’m brought down from my to do lists to the present moment which is a BIG DEAL. I look forward to my mornings now, no matter how bad I slept. 14 minutes is perfect for a mom on the go go go...to just be still and centered, present, awake, alive, grateful and authentic to my true self cloaked in stress & worry. I love the feeling of my chakras realigning when I listen to this. Every. Single. Time. Thank you for spreading this light and joy. 🙏✨

So I haven't read all the comments but I really want to share an idea and if it has been shared already, please excuse me for duplicating. I started this with some slight breathing problems (I have asthma and today was poor air quality day), so I knew I really wanted to focus on breathing really deeply. Well because I was breathing poorly, I made wheezing sounds, and rather than worrying about it right away, I decided to try to "wheeze" in tune with the bowls. The inhale is when I would wheeze/hum and the exhale I would just make a loud and any note that came out "ha" sound. As weird as that sounds, it worked well, and by the end I was breathing pretty well. It also helped to let the sounds resonate more deeply, and I am so relaxed and happy now. I loved this one before but now, it's going to be my new go to on bad breathing days! Thanks so much for sharing this video!

it's incredible! RIGHT AT THE END IT SHIVERED EVERY CHAKRA! WOAH! I only have 1 crystal singing bowl at home - crown chakra - and honestly in comparison to my brass 1 it's soo loud. 1 thing I noticed! the crystal bowls LOCATE THE CHAKRA AND VIBRATE IT!!

Nov 18: I'm working in my root rn and it is LEGIT Broken 💔 I've been experiencing severe anxiety earlier this year and it has gotten better but.. My root needs major healing for sure
3/29: I don't get as anxious as before. Progress is all that matters 😊

It is a C13 chord. The eleventh clashes with the third. You generally want to avoid the eleventh on major chords as it is an avoid note.

I had a cramp in my shoulder just as I played the video, once he started playing the second bowl, the pain just went away! I thought that was amazing. And, I have also been struggling with anxiety the past few days, and this helped in so many ways!! I love this video so much! I'm definitely going to look into getting my own bowls. ❤❤❤
