@Mark Campos no, his ancestors did.

King of the hill is one of the best tv shows I've ever seen. It doesn't feel like it has some underlying political narrative it's just wholesome family friendly humor.
I love King of the Hill, but "wholesome" and "family friendly" are not very accurate. It was deliberately pushing boundaries for network television animation, and was a forerunner of shows like Family Guy and Home Movies.
Judge went on to make a more wholesome, more deliberately political -- and liberal! -- show called The Goode Family.
not one of the best but....
THE BEST
It teaches but it don't preaches. I respect that.
@@Hi-ie9zi lol

Doesn't Hank realize that English class is more than just being able to speak English?
@@carultch congratulations. you noticed a joke.
T D it’s a “solid D” lol
Hank doesn't understand what English class is.

Im sorry for your loss. He sounds awesome
Duuuuude how could you forgot Hank's Japanese brother
Which is funny cause he looks just like Hank who looks just like his mother.
Junichiro lol
When Hank tells Junichiro that Cotton is going to spit in the Emperor’s face.
Junichiro: Bwaaahhh!!!

Bobby: "Dad, can I put a gun rack on my bike?"
Hank: "Do you know how long I've been waiting for you to ask me that?"

*You know H'wat I should kick your ass* - Hank Hill
Bill is not Bobby’s father. It’s obvious because Cotton
looked just like him as a child, Bobby is definitely cotton hills
grandson.
Absolutely. Looks just like cotton and G.H... Hank looks JUST like his mother.
Now do Hank looking like his mother and Junichiro looking like Hank.
Maybe cotton is bills father

Plus G.H. Looks exactly like Bobby
Peggy: You gave him a loaded shotgun!
Cotton: Well, you don't give a toy without batteries; come and get your tootsie rolls.

DedhedWaldo Cotton earned Kahn's eternal respect thanks to that incident. He goes on to treat Cotton like royalty during every instance where they appear together.

I like, "I'm your worst nightmare! I have a 3 line phone and absolutely nothing at all to do with my time!" when Dale helped Hank get the sex on his driver's license changed back to male.
Lol I that's a really funny one. I forgot about that line.
"Just when I thought you had said the stupidest thing, You keep talking.
I wish this show was still running. Bobby, Joseph and Connie are just 13. They could still show them growing up.

My favourite line:
"Dangit, Dale, if you were going to cheat, why did you buy a frozen bass?"
"I had a coupon..."
Boomhauer's first name is revealed in "Ah Oh Canada" when the Canadian woman calls him "Jeff."
King of the hill is grossly underrated. For me it stands up right up there with southpark.
But Bobby looks a lot like Cotton. Hank looks more like his mom.
yeah looks too can skip a generation, thats probably why they didnt think it too far fetched.
At the same time wasnt there an episode that revealed cotton wasnt hanks dad??!?! but hank accepted him because he raised him?
Having watched the whole *series* multiple times, I can say, no. Cotton is his father, 100%.
+DjStiv3 you're thinking Family Guy.
Messy Crayon
could have sowrn similar stuff hppened here
Hank's half brother looks like Hank's mother too.
When Bobby said "I'm a little worried about being a slut."
Oh yes! I still use this line.
“That Boy Ain’t Right”
Fact 108:
In the whole series, the first word spoken by Hank is "Yep", his final word is "Burger"
Now do bill, dale, boomhauer, peggy, bobby, luanne, kahn, minh, connie, nancy, john redcorn, and then other important characters
Actually the Last word spoken is "Yep"
@@aadhilsheikf9174 that’s only if you count the 2009 finale episode. 4 more unaired episodes later aired on [Adult Swim] in 2010
Best ep. is “A Firefighting We Will Go” IMO
Best quote:
HANK: (re: Big Tobacco) Dale, they're suing you, they're not going to kill you.

Are you blind? Bobby looks like his grandfather Cotton Hill. Don't believe me take a look at the younger version of Cotton. Kids resembling their grandparents is not uncommon.
Did you mean Cotton's son Good Hank? He is Bobby's twin.
Yes, him too, although if they really were twins Deedee would have to be in labor for 13 years.
***** Not LITERAL twin, but he and Bobby do share that resemblance. And yes, Bobby does look a bit like Cotton as well.
During the Halloween episode, you can clearly see the resemblance between Hank and Bobby. Probably more than his resemblance between his late uncle.
Yyyyep. /beersip/
You've never seen Hocus Pocus or Bride of Chucky or Sister Act?! Kathy Najimy is a QUEEN!
I'll take King of the Hill over any of Seth Macfarlane's cartoons any day

Who remembers when Lee Harvey Oswald stole Dale's Mower
Isn't he dead?
That's kind of the point.
it was actually Castro. he used it to power his one man escape sub
There are no Cubans... If there are Cubans then how do you explain Desi Arnez. Ok there are Cubans.
yes
Favorite Quote: “The guy asked me if I wanted honey mustard and I almost took a swing at him. Long story short, I ordered classic yellow.”
My favorite line is at the end of the episode when Hank finds out he was born in New York and Peggy say's that She too is a Texan because of something or another, (even though she was born in Minnesota) and Hank gives in and say's "alright everyone's' a Texan, switch planes in Dallas you're a Texan, everyone's a Texan!"
number 108, Rusty Shaclford is a real person in the show, whom was classmates with Dale in kindergarten. Of which Dale thought he died and presumed it was okay to use his identity................I'll leave now
He thought he died, he just moved a few cities away. Haha.
Number 109, boomhauer looks like the poorly drawn chad meme
I tell you h'what, this is my favorite television show.
Hank Hill ...Great
They did a real good job, and that's the gol-danged truth.
Hank Hill Darn tootin
McNaldos ya got that gotdang right.
When you were going through Musicians you forgot Willy Nelson.

YESSSSS
I'm very happy that [adult swim] keeps King of the Hill on their channel
Yeah, I'm surprised they still have it on even making it the first show that comes on after Cartoon Network.
jordan franklin yeah I always watch it but it sucks they cut it from 2 shows a night to only one and replaced it with Cleveland I think
But they're squeezing it dry, every episode's a re-run.
i love reruns of king of the hill
jordan franklin and now it’s not on there anymore
"THAT'S MY PURSE, I DON'T KNOW YOU!!!" - Bobby Hill
Mike Judge wrote and directed Office Space, not to be confused with NBC's The Office, which was adapted from Ricky Gervais' show by Greg Daniels.
king of the hill is better than beavis and butthead
D Diaz correct
By a large margin.
Aren’t they all?
With the utmost respect you are dead wrong

I like how he said creators like to sneak their voices in for a character an shows Seth McFarlane. He literally voices three of the main characters in family guy.
Love when Hank introduces himself...Hank Hill, Strickland Propane!!! So funny!
Loved king of the hill. My favorite parts was Dale doing stupid shot and Hanks reaction to it
"MY GOD ITS ALL TOILET NOISES"

He mixes up greg daniels and mike judge
When they go to Montana.
Hank: This is the most beautiful got dang thing I’ve ever seen
THAT'S WHAT HE SAID!
KOH is in my all time top 5 US tv shows - up there with Northern Exposure, Dexter, Six feet Under and Breaking Bad
Favorite line: "That's street for mara-ju-ana"
Mike Judge created "Office Space." Not sure about The Office.
Chris Pfannenschmidt yeah Greg Daniels worked on the office not Mike Judge
I was going to the write the same thing
toby from the office was a writer for KOTH
Chris Pfannenschmidt office space is a classic love it
came just to say he had nothing to do with the office. office space was a project he worked on...
I always forget about the general genius and smart comedically wholesome greatness of KotH. It really stands alone, separate from all the other primetime animated series (The Simpsons, Family Guy, Bobs Burgers, Futurama, South Park, ect.). only after rewatching the show after a few years of living. I'm reminded of what an awesome show it was. They ought to bring it back
Rusty Shackleford meets Dale in an episode.
Funniest moment: Boomhauer calling 911 reporting an explosion at mega lo mart "fire boom mega lo mart hurry...."
LOL I remember that 😂😂😂
The first thing I remember seeing Kathy Najimy in was Hocus Pocus.
Anytime anyone mentions Kathy Najimy, that character, and Peggy, are all I can think of
Honestly same here lol.
thepayne78 She was also in "Sister Act"
yeeessss. that was what I felt.
didnt know that tom petty was lucky rest in piece legend
Lucky was based on who Tom Petty would be, if he hadn't become a famous musician.
FYI as someone who’s watched this show for years, and still does now.....it’s awesome and is very very very much worth a watch 👍
hank hill is 34? he looks like 50 to me
I thought he was 43-48
EbonyEverything Hines exactly! i would love to see this video makers proof on 34.. they dont even act like 30-40 year olds.. plus it adds to the conceiving issues they had n how peggy thought her eggs were getting old.. 42 means they conceived at 29 n not 21..
rgawer2 well, they flashback to Hank’s senior year of football being in 1980, meaning he graduated in 1981. Providing he was 18, he was born in 1963. Show started in 1997, meaning that he was 34.
He was born in 1953 so he should be in his 50s to 60s
rgawer2. he actually looks like 42.
Really Beavis * Butt-head is considered the better show?I always thought King of the Hill was leaps and bounds better then Beavis & Butt-head, in my opinion King of the Hill is the better show, better writing, better animation, better voice acting, more likeable characters, and King of the Hill just funny.
funnier*
NerdPlex City I respectively disagree i love Beavis and butthead
Phantom Thought So do I, I just thought King of the Hill was better at least Season 2 to Season 6
“Do I look like I know what a jpeg is”

I must be old, I recognized Peggy's voice as one of the nuns in Sister Act. Lol.
I was shocked he didn't mention her in Sister Act or Hocus Pocus!
"Pocket sand!" The best defense mechanism.
Matthew Mcwain I'm the type of man to blind you with pocket sandd
Sha-sha!
I will always hold to the fact that this is one of the greatest animated shows ever
Babycakes you've never seen Cowboy Bebop
Kathy Najimy was played by Mary, one of the three Sanderson sisters on Hocus Pocus. How could you forget that?! It's a classic!
Lesser known??
No way.
I love beavis and butthead, having been born in the 90s, but king of the hill was by far the better known show, having been aired on fox for many years.
yeah. think this dude didnt really grow up in the 90s.
lol. Bernie Mack was the black repairman who kept getting attacked by ladybird? I'll have have to rewatch that episode. It'll probably be obvious that it was him the second I hear his voice.
thats my purse! i dont know you!
my favorite quote is "Dammit Bobby."
One of the best sequences is Boomhaur talks "normal" during his flashback as to what caused the fire at the fire station while the others talk like he does in real life.
My favorite line from the show is any of Hank's various "BWAAAAAAH"s.
For all you non smokers out there; there's 20 cigarettes in 1 pack. So, if Dale smoked at a rate of two packs a day, he'd have to have smoked for almost 68 years to smoke that much, or 3 packs a day for 45 years.
A goal that most aspire to but rarely accomplish!
Dimefan91
he had a pack for each meal so yea 3 or 4 packs a day makes sense
0:47 Mike Judge was known for "The Office?" I didn't know that he was involved in that show. Did they mean, "Office Space?"
I think so.
Yup, he also did Idiocracy
I moved to Texas 20 yrs ago. King of the Hill h elped me integrate. But I REALLY knew I was becoming Texan when I suddenly could understand Boomhauer.
Soon my smoking will mutate my already superior DNA and I will become unstoppable! Now who would like to be the foundation of a grand pyramid? The Shackleford Pyramid! I've always dreamed of building a pyramid in my yard, now ... help me build it.

Dude, how can you not remember Kathy Najimy from Hocus Pocus?!
I didn't pay much attention to it while it was on air but when it started running reruns I got hooked, definitely in top 10 cartoons.
My favorite line was when Cotton was talking with Hank and said,
"You are already a better dad than me... you had Bobby. Best I could do was you."
my favorite line is when Bobby learns self-defense in a woman's l
class & says "gimme back my purse...I DON'T KNOW YOU!!!!" then kicks his Dad in the i
nuts!!
My favorite cartoon ever! So damn underrated!
If JG Quintel worked on story boarding the KotH reboot, I feel together they could produce episodes that are self-contained stories and also have an overarching story to make the world feel more lived in
I truly miss this show! My German Shepherd is actually named Ladybird.
My favorite episode is “To Sirloin With Love”. The sight of Hank and Bobby grilling side by side got to me.
I love everything Mike Judge comes up with. Well, “Extract” wasn’t his best work, but at least it has Mila Kunis!
Honestly I still bring up extract from time to time it’s definitely a slow and dry movie but still think it’s pretty good
"Do I look like I know what a jpeg is I just want a picture of a god dang hotdog"
Seriously people? Bobby looks like his grandfather. Is the next conspiracy going to be that Bill is Cotton's son?
and good hank looks like bobby.
The Amazing Ace Meracruzer Than maybe the real questions are, 'Is Cotton really Bobby's dad?' 'Does he hate Hank that much that he slept with his wife?'
***** you do understand how out of character that is for peggy, right?
The Amazing Ace Meracruzer Yes. Just throwing out potential scenarios.
During the Halloween episode, you can clearly see the resemblance between Hank and Bobby. Probably more than his resemblance between his baby uncle.
Man, I love this show so much.
