Your good work of capturing such good video has been neutralised by disturbing the nest building activity and keeping the hidden camera inside the nest.
You must be only a photographer and not a naturalist to bother about disturbing a bird.

For the nest building scene, I don't think the bird was disturbed because this was recorded from a distance. I'm not sure about the hidden camera in the nest but if you read the description, the filming was accepted by the national park's workers and an ecological association. The people from this studio are interested in nature and don't intervene with it
