For anyone wondering it looks like a veggie salad similar to what I make. She definitely put yellow peppers in, def orange peppers, maybe red peppers too, def tomatoes and avocado, def scallion, yellow canned corn, mayonnaise because it was a creamy salad. Everything finely chopped. In mine I also put finely diced carrots, finely diced cucumbers (no seeds so it’s not watery) salt, pepper, lemon juice and bam! Sooo good if anyone tries it you’ll love it just make sure to season very well
