Hi Tony, As I have already written to other people below, an authorization is needed to get the drone into Jordan. However, these authorizations are issued only to professionals who use documentary drones, films, commercials, etc. Unfortunately I believe that they do not issue permits to private individuals. If you arrive at the airport without authorization, the drone is confiscated.
@@AlteVedute Thanks for the information, I would like to go on vacation to Jordan and take Mavic air with me... But you say drones for individuals are banned in this country, now there is no desire to fly to Jordan, It's a pity! ((
HI Alte Vedute, i was a in Wadi rum a couple of days ago and wanted to take some shots with my drone, however i wasn't allowed to when i asked the police, i create amateur vacation non monetized videos of my trips, and would like to ask your permission to use some of your material with full credit to you. kindly let me know your answer
It is good to watch the filming. I brought this camera from the United States and it was confiscated at the airport and was interrogated for more than 3 hours and the last one lost the plane and the money
Ciao per le riprese con il drone avete dovuto fare permessi particolari oppure nelle zone desertiche può non servire? Inoltre la compagnia aerea fa storie per il trasporto? Grazie mille
Ciao, per le riprese in giordania è molto complicato, noi siamo andati per L'ente del Turismo Giordano, ma mi ci sono voluti 6 mesi per avere i permessi e sono stato sempre accompagnato da una persona che doveva comunicare le coordinate dove volavano, altezza max ecc..Noi siamo stati i primi a volare in Giordania con i droni, adesso non so se è più facile. Per la compagnia aerea devi portare batterie in bagaglio a mano, no stiva e normalmente non dovrebbero creare problemi. Mio consiglio, non lo portare se non hai permessi, altrimenti rischi il sequestro all'aereoporto.

Considera che confinano con Israele, Siria, Iraq.... quindi nazioni "difficili". per i permessi e richieste fatto tutto da ente del turismo giordano, non saprei dirti a chi rivolgerti.
