Charmorro Sakman, Master Navigator and Chamorro apprentice Navigators

Chamolinian Cultural Village Inc., (CCVI) first every documentary story of the first Chamorro Sakman to visit Saipan from Guam after 500 years.
CCVI-Canoe Federation. along with the Seafaring families of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana islands came together to share a short documentary of our Chamorro Proa the Sakman. We hope that our documentary can be shared as an educational and historical information.
Everyone is welcome to use it to tell the story of the Chamorro Flying Proa, which was last seen during the Spanish Administration 1521-1899. With the recent visit to Saipan it has united the indigenous people of the island under the Proa Culture.
