Windows 11, I've updated Audacity and downloaded older version of FFmpeg, it helped.

Doesn't work on Mac with Audacity 3.3.3. Installed multiple times, but "FFmpeg not found." Says it cannot find Libavformat.dylib. I tried to browse for it. There's an alias in the default libs folder, but where is the actual file? Probably it didn't install. Why? Where is it? How do I find it? How do I get it? I already tried the alternative install using Terminal, but it fails at the end. Very frustrating.

@@MasterEditor5 I followed your example, but it failed. I'm using an older computer, but I installed Audacity 3.3.3 without a problem. The FFmpeg installation also seemed to go off without hitch, but there is no useful result after installing it. Apparently the file that Audacity needs is not there (or not working). I can't be the only person with this problem.
