  • Tired of corporate hierarchy? So is Kurtis. So tired in fact he sat down with his team to tackle what a company structure should look like in the 21st century, how it can empower the development of its people, and how it can make businesses stronger as he and his team re-write the rules of both leadership AND individual employee growth within his organization. He hope other companies can grab hold of this concept to usher in a new age of business and end the Tyranny of Hierarchy.

I usually don’t comment much, but this was an absolutely outstanding leadership talk. He clearly has taken the time to learn and care.

Is there any literature or case studies on this type of organisational structure. I am working on a tool to architect enterprises from ground up (prople, technology, process) and would love more resources on this topic to motovate and inform my solution.

Great presentation. Hopefully organizations with outdated values can adapt to this organizational style. Time will tell as I currently work for one.

What I don't understand is... how did one mouse result in eight? Mice can't reproduce asexually.
