You have to remember regions. Cost of living is different everywhere. In Colombia, this would be about this price point. I would think this is for South America, the Philippines, something like that. Also, I just posted a tiny house for $53, which is located in the Sims Universe 😂

I need to build my house in the Philippines if you can build this for 50k. Build & materials for this would probably be 400-600k in my country in Europe.
My estimation is based on Philippines price list. Not Europe or US. It's the price to build it in Philippines. Thanks for your comment. It helps my channel to grow.
This is a very nice design although the showers are maybe too small. But I have to ask have you literally ever had anybody build this house? Cuz I can guarantee you there's no way anybody in the United States in any state would be able to build this for $50,000.
Four bedrooms, four baths, even a pool, but no garage. Do these designers not know people drive cars? Plus not everyone lives in the sunbelt. I love the design, but people in the North need a place to park their cars in Winter.

Great concept, I would prefer a front door somewhere rather than having the bedrooms face whatever possible main road for privacy and security sake.
