Actually it's the Benedictus from Sussmayr's Requiem completion (not composed by Mozart)

There's no doubt that Sussmayr did a good job completing Mozart's masterpiece... But every note of this Requiem, except Sanctus and Agnus Dei, is by Mozart himself, who guided his pupil telling him how to finish it!

There are no sketches by Mozart for the Sanctus, Benedictus, or the Agnus Dei. Those movements were composed by Sussmayr. And Mozart only wrote the first 8 measures of the Lacrimosa: the remainder is by Sussmayr.
